Content: The theme for this year is "Origin/Inheritance and Creation"; as the preparations for Fu Jen's 100th anniversary celebration in the 113th academic year are about to begin, and it is also the 150th anniversary of SVD's founding, leading both current and former supervisors to review the origins of the Claretians, the Beijing takeover of Fu Jen, the mission of spiritual inheritance in restoring the school in Taiwan, and how each department can create new initiatives in the future. Former Research and Development Director, Teacher Cui Wenhui, has been invited to share her experiences at Fu Jen. The inclusive banquet also invites retired teachers who retired before the 105th academic year to join with colleagues in gratitude and reminiscence of the founding fathers during the early days.

Representatives of the Society of the Divine Word invite the presidents and secretaries of the four Celleges to come together at the beginning of each semester to share their lives and new plans for the upcoming year. Through integration and sharing, they aim to build a harmonious atmosphere within the big family of the Society of the Divine Word units.

下午聖言會單位理外民織四學院主管傳承研習共融，在聖神修女會宜聖十樓會院舉行。全體先在聖堂集合舉行「淨空」祈禱儀式，然後四個學院各有一位資深老師代表分享，自己如何將輔大創校精神融入自己的專業研究、教學、服務。梅興老師、翠娥老師、駱老師、尤主任的分享，讓每位在場主管都獲得起而效尤的感動!在各學院充分交流，討論如何將這份感動化成行動，將輔大創校精神融滲到自己學院系所的教學研究服務中。分享活動之後，全體回到聖堂進行新舊任主管傳承祈福，感恩與祝禱。並見證一整個下午分享討論之後「水變酒」的奇蹟。每人高舉一杯「奇蹟酒」，為彼此祝福!傳承研習在晚宴的歡樂聲中，告一個段落。~~彼此感恩，彼此祝福~~

今天中午舉行聖言會單位理外民織四學院院長、院秘、和使命宗輔同仁的期初碰頭會~特別歡迎民生學院鄧院長"歸隊"~一起用過午餐之後，我們分兩組，分享各自在行政職務上的遭遇與生命故事，及如何進一步關懷四學院的研究生及同仁~這整個過程，讓我深刻體驗到: "理外民織確實是一家親!"內心深處有一種溫暖、感動與感恩。。。

聖言會單位舉行了院長院秘期初碰頭會!! 大家先在祈禱氛圍中，建構一個屬於自己學院的"花園"--安靜地用午餐，同時思考 這花園建構過程和呈現方式的意涵，飯後戴上口罩，一一開始分享~~ 感到聖神就在我們中間帶領、啟發、賜予靈感，很感人~~ 之後，院長和修女，院秘和宗輔，分兩組繼續分享。。。

今天以「源與緣」為主題，舉行一年一度的聖言會單位主管傳承營。一方面分享聖言會及其合作者，如何決定接辦北京輔大及協助輔大在台復校。一方面討論如何尊重差異、彼此聆聽、對話溝通。首先，以「照相機與快門」及「品茗」的方式，進行會前禱。接著，進行「源與緣」的主題演講，小組討論及報告。覺得很感動的是，與會主管都相信與歷史鏈結能增進認同；也都肯定彼此聆聽、對話，有助團隊建立。小組討論總結之後，進行新舊任主管交接~~感謝卸任主管的奉獻犧牲，並為新任主管祈福。「主管傳承營」在晚宴歡樂氣氛中圓滿落幕。

11002院長院秘期初碰頭會

中午聖言會單位在耕莘樓220，舉行院長院秘院宗輔期初碰頭會。我們每人在靜默中用餐、沉思聖言、並在樹葉、花朵和果實的紙張上，書寫感恩、期許與祈福。然後，將寫上字的葉子 花朵和果實，一一貼到事先做好的"樹"上，並彼此分享、祈福、然後唱"輕輕聽"~祈求天主應允我們的祈禱。之後，院長和修女一組，院秘和院宗輔一組，進行分享交流~~氣氛溫馨感人~~感謝天主賜給我們這樣的一個機會，在信任的氣氛中，敞開心門，彼此分享!!!
